Can't remember much about today. Guess that's what happens when you don't do the post until a month after the actual day...

These poor shoes seem to be on their last leg...

What I liked:

• The whole outfit was easy and comfortable, yet looked professional (although you can't tell with the blurry picture...and that was the best one of the lot...sigh...)

What I didn't like:

• Can't think of anything besides my sad looking shoes...

What I Wore: Tuesday, September 25, 2012

This outfit started with a black 3/4 sleeve blazer, but it was too big! Yay!! Strangely enough, the only item of clothing that I bought brand new (the cardigan) looks the most worn. Let that be a lesson in thriftery.

What I liked:

• The entire outfit!
• The gray on gray...I don't do combinations like that often

What I didn't like:

• How worn the cardigan looks (even though you really can't see it in my weird ghostly pictures)

What I Wore: Thursday, September 20, 2012

Another day of teaching and another part of the house. Also, the first time that I've recruited someone else to take a picture of me ("hey, take a picture of me," "okay, why?" "just do it" "okay"). Also, this dress is from a yard sale. I have a neighbor that has fantastic yard sales! It's a no iron fabric, and when I looked on eBay to try to find more, I discovered they sell for $40+. Pretty proud of my $5 find!

What I liked:

•  I really liked this one! I felt professional and put together. Definitely have some ideas for styling this for fall!

What I didn't like:

• Nothing! =)

What I Wore: Friday, September 7, 2012

In the past, I've been able to wear jeans to work on Fridays as long as I didn't have any meetings or anything like that. I'm not sure why I'm not hopping on the jeans wagon yet. Maybe I'm still deluding myself into thinking I'm more professional looking with long shorts on. Ha.

What I liked:

• The color palette. I'm a matchy-matchy person, so I loved how well everything seemed to go together.
• Polka dots! I always forget about this shirt when I'm thinking about the polka dotted clothes I have

What I didn't like:

• The weird lumpiness around my midsection due to the belt of these shorts
• The shoes are not comfortable...and they're pretty loud for a library.

Hey look, another bedroom photo shoot! So exciting!

What I liked:

• This used to be one of my favorite dresses, and I haven't worn it all summer, so it was nice to see it again

What I didn't like:

• Didn't realize it until looking at the pics, but the dress makes me look like I have a huge butt, and not in a good "Baby Got Back" kind of way either!
  
  
• The dress is so sheer that I sometimes feel like it's not appropriate for work
